Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
What can't be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty: [e.g., Earrings, swimwear, underwear, personalized/customized products, digital downloads, gift cards].
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot predict what these charges may be, as they vary by country. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you.
